We have the pleasure to inform you that the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye and the Mathematical Society of South-Eastern Europe are organizing the 28th Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad – JBMO 2024. The 28th Junior Balkan Mathematical Olympiad – JBMO 2024 is planned to be organized with physical presence, in Antalya, Türkiye from 25 to 30 June 2024. The Host Organizer of the Olympiad is the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye (TÜBİTAK). The contest will take place on Thursday, 27 of June 2024.
On behalf of the Scientific and Technological Research Council of Türkiye and the JBMO 2024 Organizing Committee, we kindly invite your country to participate in JBMO 2024 with a team of up to six students, a leader and a deputy leader. Students must have been born on or after December 27, 2008 and must be secondary school students.
Participation fee information: The participation fee per non-member country is 500 euro per student and 700 for teachers, observers or accompany persons sharing a double room for the official period (arrivals June 25, departures June 30, 2024). A number of single rooms for leaders, deputy leaders and observers is available for 300 euro extra charge. The link of JBMO 2024 webpage will be announced soon.
The deadline to express your interest is March 15, 2024.
